Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must contact our support team at support@tacomalegacy.com to initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Please contact us at support@tacomalegacy.com to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-ordered or special-order parts.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement upon inspection.
